If the description or title of your product tells you there will be a download included in your purchase, there are 2 ways to access those downloadable files.

The links to your download will be emailed to the address associated with your order (defaults to user account email address).  These are a one time download links, and will expire after you download the file.

You will also be able to access the eBook downloads through your Grief Toolbox User Profile.

Navigate to your Profile using your Username (top left when logged in) to access your user Profile:
 

Find your Purchased Downloads Tab on your profile page:
 

Purchased Downloads will give a list of Download Links for your purchased content:
 

These downloads expire from your Profile on the date after the Filename. Take note of that date, and plan your downloads accordingly.

You will receive the eBookGuide.pdf with your eBook purchase, which will provide details on how to add the eBook files to your device.
