We, as bereaved parents, help grieving parents and families rebuild their lives following the death of a child.

The San Diego North Inland Chapter of the Bereaved Parents of the USA, is a non-profit, self-help, support group for parents, grandparens and siblings who have suffered the death of a child, grandchild, or sibling.  We are dedicated to assisting grieving families toward the positve resolution of grief and to providing information and education to help others be supportive.

We gather to listen, to care, and to understand the process of grieving, as we heal and start our recovery.  Our greates strength as bereaved families is the unity we find in shared experiences that leads us out of isolation, gives us a place to "belong" and gies us hope that, together, we can make it.

We are a part of a National Organization www.bereavedparentsusa.org with sister chapters across the USA. No membership dues are charged, and all are welcome.  We are not assoiciated with any religious, governmental, or political group.  We do not take positions on issues.  Our sole focus is helping grieving families.

All facilitators are bereaved parents, and have gone through facilitator training.  We welcome you.
