The Center for Complicated Grief is dedicated to educating people about Complicated Grief (CG) and helping individuals connect with grief resources in their community.

CG is an intense and long-lasting form of grief that takes hold of a person’s mind and won’t let go.  People with CG may find it hard to imagine that life without their loved one has purpose or meaning and may feel that joy and satisfaction are gone forever.  CG can have a significant impact on a person’s ability to work, socialize, and function in their daily lives.

If you are an individual who feels you may be in need of more help with your grief or a counselor or health professional interested in learning more about this condition please feel free to call us at 212-851-2107 or email [email protected].
