Walking Through Grief Virtual/Audio Peer Grif Support Group is sponsored by Liberty Hospice. Chaplain Lisa DeCandia has been facilitating this group in response to local community requests in her area to maintain grief support during the Pandemic. The group continues to meet needs present prior to the Pandemic by increasing access for individuals grieving to grief support through their peers as they go through the healing journey together. The series is an open group, touches on many losses, while allowing others to connect with the shared humanity of grief, regardless of how it comes about. It is free of charge, nine sessions long, and maintains a continuous loop, so it is ongoing.
