I lost my son, sept 12 2013...I had 2 give him cpr on 9.8.13...his name is Dustyn Taft Kilburn, he was 25 yrs..old, type 1 diabetic since he was 3 yrs old...he had just come home from the hospital hadn't been home 2 hrs...i heard him gurgling...I am a safety Coordinator..first resonder....certifed cna...Osha out reach trainer...back to my son...come n check his sugar all it would do is register on the sugar checker was HIGH..so i called the emt...He wasn't breathing right so i started cpr until ambulance until, the emt arrived...they got to the local hospital..they lost him 2 times...then life flighted him to another hospital...both hospitals said if it hadn't been for me givin him cpr..he would have died...then they enduced him into a coma..he had asperated on his on vomit...& also had sards....dr's told me there was no coming back from that unless he would be on a venalator n a nursing home for the rest of his life...he had made me promise him along time ago not to ever do that..so 5 days later...i made the hardest descion of my life & took him off life support now he is my angel who is no longer suffering...i also lost my dad, due to it being the hospital fault cause they gave him to much blood thinner...we got money from that..but that didn't bring back my dad..i also lost one of my sisters from her husband shooting & killing her a point blank range with 2 of the childern in the other end of the trailor....I have also lost 5 best friends..& on my jobs i have lost ppl...I haven't broke down....I don't talk about it...& i don't know how to deal with it all....
