Join us for 6 Weekly classes with other persons who have been where you are.

• Session 5: “Discovering Our Way Out”:  Meeting Our Needs along the Path
• Session 6: “The Invincible Summer Within”:  Finding Help and Hope for the Future

We focus on the basic principles and tools using Alan Wolfelt’s five-star book, Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing.   

Groups are scheduled frequently for general adult grief and around other specific topics or losses - and are led by one of our trained, experienced bereavement counselors.
