Being with Grief offers different paths depending on your situation. Based on your need, we evaluate how we can best work towards your healing after a short introductory interview.
The Grief Recovery Method is a specific plan offering action steps to assist you in completing all the undelivered messages that you didn't have the chance to say and help you recover from the pain that these undelivered messages brought.
We work in small groups or if you prefer individual sessions. The program is 8 weeks long and meets every week for 2 hours. There is also work that you are asked to do between sessions.
