Hospice Plus recognizes that everyone’s grief is unique and so is one’s way of coping and healing.  Hence, Hospice Plus through its Evergreen Bereavement Program offers bereaved families of the organization and the community an option for participating in a Grief Support Group.

 There is no cost nor timeline in participating in the program; and one can attend as often as one chooses.  It is our hope that by participating in the support group, one may realize that it is not a solitary journey and there is hope for a “new normal.”
