Join us for 10 Weekly sessions to help you cope and adjust with the painful reality of deep loss in the presence of those who are or have been where you are.

We focus on basic principles and tools using Alan Wolfelt’s five-star book, Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing.
