Children's Brain Tumor Foundation offers monthly, online support groups for bereaved parents who have lost a child to a brain or spinal cord tumor. The groups are facilitated by Jessica Elder, LCSW and a bereaved parent mentor. The groups typically take place on Tuesdays but the dates are determined each month. The groups take place in a chat room setting. The conversations are private and only members of the community can join. All groups are monitored by CBTF staff.

In addition, CBTF also offers topic-based groups in Jenna's Corner Online Community.
