The Grief Ministry at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church provides confidential and compassionate support to those who need a place that will encourage help and healing from the emotions of grief (e.g., losing a loved one, spouse, child, or friend). *** Our next 9-Week program/cycle of "Walking Through Grief" will be Pending 2024. It will run every Wednesday evening from 7-9 PM (Pacific time), via Zoom (online).

During each weekly session throughout the 9-weeks, those attending will gain insight and education about their loss as they watch professionally produced videos featuring professionals in the field of grief.  These professionals are joined by a group of contributors who share their own grief journey and provide inspiration in how they dealt with their own loss.  Each week will have a specific topic and include a group discussion as well as some workbook self-tasking to work on between meetings.  A workbook is provided, along with some tools, handouts, and articles to help in your grief journey. The Zoom link will be provided to each participant as we get closer to the start date.
