Just finished a book that I

Just finished a book that I just got today called Wake Up Call by Cherie Rickard. I couldn't put it down. It was a book that I could relate to on a couple different levels -- one being how to cope with the loss of a loved one and the other was drawing close to God during the grief process to help get through it and being able to find something positive that came out of the death of a loved one. It was such a heart warming story to see the impact that this 17 year old boy had made on so many people during his short time on Earth and also gut wrenching because as a mother myself it broke my heart for Cherie knowing the pain she was enduring losing her child. She is such a strong woman and it was so great to see how she leaned on God to get her through this. I also felt like I knew Cherie even though I don't because she is from Baton Rouge and childhood friends with someone that I have known since childhood. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to hear a testimony of great faith in God as well as to anyone who could use some help through the grieving process
